when will i get my mail?
i ship everything the first week of the following month. for example, if you sign up in november, your first envelope will ship the first week of december.
US orders typically arrive in 1-5 business days, and international orders can take 7-30 business days. note: there’s no tracking available for these shipments.

international subscriptions are absolutely welcome! there’s just a $1 shipping fee to cover postage.
Address and Billing Changes
access your account via the login at the top of the webpage to edit billing information
if you have a change of shipping address you must cancel your subscription and resubscribe with your new address (i find this incredibly annoying i’m sorry i am at the mercy of my subscription software!!)
